Sales

Working in the sales department includes not only establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, the process of negotiating and agreeing on the details of our services, but also a lot of knowledge about the zero waste world that we offer to partners from the first contact. The basis of our offer is a focus strictly on client expectations and solutions, often non-standard, tailored precisely to their needs.

Operations

Our operational departments provide a wide range of environmental services for our customers, take care of their specific needs, automate and continuously improve the processes of our services, and actively participate in the design and implementation of environmental solutions tailored to individual customer expectations.

Trade in raw materials

We have a diverse set of competencies, including sales skills and waste management expertise. Our “Sales team” are experts in the field of waste recycling and are well connected to the centers where they process even the heaviest, unusual or hazardous waste.

Consulting

As environmental consultants, we provide our detailed professional, operational and legal knowledge by producing studies and/or opinions on specific environmental solutions, problematic situations or safely guiding our clients through a maze of applicable legal regulations and formal environmental procedures. We also support our clients in implementing effective educational actions in the field of environmental protection.

Business Support Functions

Marketing, digitalization/e – commerce, HR or administration departments provide daily support both in the field of professional service implementation for our customers, as well as in providing tools and solutions for improving Interzero’s internal business.

Finance and Controlling

Our fellow financial experts ensure that everything in the accounting books is accurate in detail, that the company operates in accordance with applicable regulations and ensure that access to detailed financial data, analysis and reports is efficient and fast thanks to modern tools.

Performance marketing specialist

Performance marketing specialist SEE region

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented performance marketing specialist to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess a clear understanding of e-commerce best practices, along with expertise in WordPress, paid advertising, SEO strategy, automation tools, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for driving the growth of online sales, improving the customer experience and ensuring seamless integration across all digital platforms in the SEE region.

The position is regional (Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia), but the headquarters and place of employment are in Belgrade.

Responsibility:

  • Managing SEO strategy and optimizing conversion rates across all e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyzing sales data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Preparation and performance monitoring (SEA) and optimization of costs and results.
  • Ensuring that the website provides a great user experience.
  • Maintenance and optimization of our WordPress-based e-commerce website (e.g. WooCommerce).
  • Implementing and managing plugins and themes to improve the functionality and performance of a website.
  • Implementation of SEO best practices within WordPress.
  • Supporting social media strategies to increase brand recognition and increase sales.
  • Creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Managing social media advertising campaigns and tracking performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of WordPress and Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising on social media.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Croatian and Serbian and basic understanding of Slovenian.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience with automation tools (customer.io, Hubspot, or similar)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience in photography or videography.

Advantages:

This role offers the possibility of hybrid work with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days of remote work.
